"There isn't a better Realtor than Heather Palmer. She is a former teacher so she is naturally curious and learning-oriented, so she always likes to look at houses herself and see which are the right ones for the buyer, not just open the door and say nice things without insight. She gave us many pieces of helpful info with this in mind.Her responsiveness was second to none. If we wanted to see a house and texted her, she was on it in minutes, not hours. At the last minute, on an evening, no problem. Questions for the listed Realtor-she got right on it and got the scoop. She didn't sugar coat things, but told the truth. She didn't show bias which is wise because in many instances housing preference is personal. She did however, not hesitate to point out issues that we were not knowledgeable about in the beginning of our search which helped us make a more informed decision-structural issues, wiring etc.She is also a really nice and thoughtful person, and got excited when we got the house - she really cares.We hit the jackpot choosing her. AND we got the right house."

"We are happy to offer our highest recommendation for Heather. Her exceptional work in helping us find a home exceeded our expectations.Heather is remarkably attentive. She was always prompt and made us feel like she valued our time. She not only responded quickly and timely to our questions and requests for information she addressed our concerns however minor or mundane. She always made herself available to us. She once insisted on reviewing documents and calculating numbers while riding as a passenger in a car with her family at 8 pm despite our telling her we could wait until she got home to talk. Rather than standing aside while we viewed houses, Heather explored the houses with us, checking on items and pointing out features both good and bad. She once noted the high quality of the wooden windows in a particular house while in another house that we liked she reminded us that the furnace appeared to be old and possibly on its last leg and that the fireplace chimney appeared to be leaning. We greatly appreciated her extra set of eyes that we grew to trust and rely on. We also appreciated the lack of empty platitudes such as "no house is perfect." She did not try to minimize or conceal flaws. She never pressured us to accept defects and instead encouraged us to keep looking.The house we bought was added last minute to a viewing list. We had sent Heather an email very late in the evening asking whether we could include that particular house. By morning she had arranged for us to see the house that day, and she had sent us the disclosure statement. Remarkably, Heather was scheduled to leave for vacation that same day, not knowing we would make an offer on that house. Although scheduled to leave for vacation that morning, Heather insisted on showing us several houses, staying even later to assist with our making an offer. Her attentiveness never let up. A week before closing the lender requested a form be completed by the HOA board. We were concerned we would have trouble getting the document completed on time. Heather had the form completed the very next day.We had a wonderful experience working with Heather. She is a true professional and clearly dedicated to providing the best service to her clients. Without question we would work with her again. For these reasons we offer our highest recommendation for her."
